Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at joshuawhite776223@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns must be made within one week of receiving a return label. A $5.00 USD restocking fee applies to all returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
